Since October of 2020 Mr. Oviedo's crew has knocked down many large dead trees and burned and buried the stumps that did not burn completely. They built a pond that is close to an acre in size and twenty feet deep in the middle. They took the dirt from the pond and built the site for my house. They built a 500' driveway with crushed concrete to be used during construction of my house. They built up another site for my shop. They used a forestry mulcher (awesome machine) to clear brush from under 8 acres of trees. That made the property look like a park. they poured a slab next to the porch for extra parking and mud elimination. They cleared my property line with an excavator and bulldozer so they could install my perimeter fencing. They finished my driveway with crushed asphalt and it is very nice. Mr. Oviedo kept a close eye on the work at my place and corrected anything he saw that needed correction. While he has the heavy equipment on my property he always looks for more dead trees or dirt he could take care of for me while they are there.
